Role and Importance of Knowledge Management in Container Terminal Competitiveness

It is so important to manage knowledge and Implementation it in organizations at present time due to increasing speed of production and development of knowledge and increasing environmental uncertainty, Implementation of Knowledge Management is a big challenge for top managers of organizations and those researchers with considering so much costs for Implementation of Knowledge Management system. This research has done in two stages with studying the rate of preparation of container terminal and with considering necessary basis for Implementation of Knowledge Management. In first stage they scored with applying questioner with rate 1-5 regarding features of technology, organization culture, organizational structure, change management. In second stage it has been tested hypothesis of research with applying parametric (t) test in significant level 95%. The abstained results revealed that studied container terminals are not in suitable position or, state for Implementation of Knowledge Management.
