Abstract :
To obtain and preserve competitive advantage in the postmodern era, successful
organizations should effectively show organizational inclination to have access to
knowledge sources. Knowledge management is the optimization of organizational
knowledge to achieve high performance through various methods. The main
hypothesis of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational
culture and knowledge management among governmental managers in Khouzestan
Province. Two questionnaires provide preliminary data regarding predictor variables
of organizational culture such as (sharing culture and continuous learning) as well as
principle variables of knowledge management such as knowledge creation and
knowledge transfer.
