Abstract :
This paper studied the relation between school culture and organizational justice in
high schools of Ardebil city. Research method is correlational. Statistical population
consisted of 582 teachers and 17500 students of second and third grade of high
schools of Ardebil city. 230 teachers and 376 students were selected based on Krejcie
and Morgan table and via multistage random sampling. Data was gathered by school
culture questionnaire by Hegins (1997), et al for students and organizational justice
questionnaire by Nihov and Mormon (1993) for teachers. Face validity of the
questionnaires was approved by experts and reliability coefficient of them was
calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha and was 0.92 and 0.90 respectively. Data was
analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods (significance test, Pearson
correlation coefficient and multiple regressions). Results from Pearson correlational
coefficient significance test revealed that the relation between school culture and
organizational justice was positive and significant. Moreover, regression results
showed that the variables of normative expectations, school relationships, student
relationships and student opportunities are significantly predicting organizational
justice; i.e. school culture is a significant predictor of organizational justice.
