Abstract :
In this paper, we present results on time visible emission from Er3+-doped amorphous SiN thin films as a function of temperature. It is shown that the measured lifetime of the green emission decreases as the temperature increases and the effect is mainly attributed to thermalization of the View the MathML source and View the MathML source levels.
