Abstract
Millimeterwave negative differential conductance is measured in strained GaInAs/AlInAs superlattices of different doping. The results are not in agreement with semi-classical miniband transport above View the MathML source. Field-induced localization into Wannier–Stark states can explain the deviations in the dynamic regime.
