Abstract :
Surface properties of indium subselenide (In4Se3) were studied. It was confirmed, that the superstructure of this crystal is characterized by nanowire-like cylindrical clusters with diameter dimensions of about View the MathML source and stairs along the a-axis up to View the MathML source, depending on the cleavage conditions.
