Abstract :
Two-dimensional system in the presence of spin–orbit interaction and in-plane magnetic field is studied. The energy spectrum of the system possesses anisotropy correlated with the direction of the magnetic field. This anisotropy causes the conductivity anisotropy via electron scattering. The present paper considers the problem in the framework of classical kinetic equation. We suppose that the spin splitting exceeds the scattering rate. The calculations were carried out for scattering by charged impurities.
