Electron–electron interactions in clean quantum point contacts in the large conductance regime

We report an unusual increase with temperature of the conductance of clean quantum point contact at large conductance and View the MathML source. Numerical simulation including electron–electrons interactions qualitatively explains this observation. Besides, a positive magneto-resistance that could also be related to electron–electron interactions is measured.
