Abstract :
We have studied the vertical transport in AlGaAs/GaAs semiconductor superlattices under vertical electric fields and tilted magnetic fields. An oscillatory behavior of resonant current corresponding to Stark-cyclotron resonance is observed as a function of in-plane magnetic fields. Semiclassical argument demonstrates that this oscillatory modulation of the amplitude of Stark-cyclotron resonance corresponds to the angular dependent magnetoresistance oscillations at zero electric field.
