Ohm–Kirchhoffʹs law and screening in two-dimensional electron liquid

Analysing some experimental facts, a modification of Ohm–Kirchhoffʹs constitutive transport relation containing diffusion-related term was established. Simultaneous application of this formula and basic ideas of stochastic electrodynamics to a two-dimensional electron liquid (2DEL) enabled us to obtain relations coupling screening and transport properties of the 2DEL, which may be useful, e.g. for the interpretation of low-temperature magneto-capacitance experiments.
