Abstract :
Some peculiarities of the logarithmic electron–electron interaction corrections to conductivity of magnetic quantum wells are discussed theoretically. The peculiarities are a consequence of the fact that the matrix elements of Coulomb interaction include different screening contributions from spin-up and spin-down electrons. It is shown that this can lead to large peaks in the interaction constant, when width of a spin quantum well is changed.
