Abstract :
We developed an ultrafast time-resolved imaging system by using micro-photoluminescence measurement and sum-frequency mixing technique. Using this system we show a time-resolved spectral and spatial lasing image of a vertical cavity surface emitting laser with a time resolution of View the MathML source and a spatial resolution of View the MathML source.
