Abstract
We analyze the pumping of electrons in a double quantum dot in the presence of an AC-field and an in-plane magnetic field. By means of the time evolution of the reduced density matrix, in the sequential tunneling regime, and within the Born–Markov approximation we analyze the spin polarized current as a function of the frequency of the driving field. We show that, by tuning the AC frequency, the system can act as both a spin filter and a spin pump.
