Abstract :
Oxygen diffusion in low temperature squalane glasses was studied by phenanthrene phosphorescence quenching and anthracene fluorescence quenching in geminate pairs (anthracene 3. O2). The oxygen mobility can be described by continuous diffusion. Anthracene fluorescence quenching in geminate pairs allow to measure diffusion coefficients till 10−23 cm2/s.
