Abstract :
n-Sb2S3 thin films were deposited using spray pyrolysis technique from non-aqueous medium. The semiconductor-septum (SC-SEP) storage cell is fabricated with the configuration | C | 0.5 M Polyiodide | n-Sb2S3 | Ti || 0.1 M Fe(CN)64−/Fe(CN)63− | C |. The charging and discharging modes are studied and discussed. It was found that the storage of chemical energy in the semiconductor-septum cell is possible by using Sb2S3 electrode.
