Synthesis of hollow carbon microspheres in ionic liquids and their electrochemical capacitance characteristics

Hollow carbon microspheres were synthesized in ionic liquids. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) tests were applied to investigate the morphologies of hollow carbon microspheres. Electrochemical properties of hollow carbon microspheres were examined by cyclic voltammetry and charge–discharge.
