High-precision prism production using drawing method

A new prism production method using drawing has been developed from which a small-size high-precision prism can be produced. For example, a 0.5*0.5 mm right angle drawn prismʹs dimensional tolerance is 0.5+-0.05 mm, all angle tolerances are within +-0.1(degree), flatness is over (lambda)/4 and surface roughness is within 0.01 (mu)m.
