Closed-form solution to mobile location using linear constraint on scatterer

A set of linear constraints on scatterers is introduced in order to obtain a closed-form and precise mobile location in non-line of sight condition. Though the constraint is derived from a property of Doppler shift, no Doppler shift measurement is really used in equations.
