Progressive transmission of single-resolution mesh image

A concept to simplify a triangle mesh image through its triangle list is introduced. On this basis, a single-resolution mesh data structure, which supports mesh image progressive transmission, is constructed, and the construction approach is considerably simple and applicable to arbitrary triangle mesh image.
