Abstract :
Three new bisalkaloids, dipiperamides A, B, and C, were isolated from the white pepper (Piper nigrum L.), along with the known piperine and piperylin. Dipiperamides A–C inhibited cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4 activity.
