Abstract :
The synthesis of N-benzylsulfinyl derivatives from both pairs of enantiomeric hexahydrobenzoxazolidin-2-ones is reported. The use of as effective chiral sulfinylating reagents in the preparation of enantiopure sulfoxides (e.e.>98%) is also reported.
