Abstract
In the course of automated screening for small-molecule agonists to peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ), 10 new linear triterpenes have been isolated from the bark of three neocaledonian Cupaniopsis species, SAPINDACEAE. The structures were elucidated by extensive mono- and bi-dimensional spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
