Abstract :
Synthesis of novel-2,3-bifunctionalised indole regioisomers (/ and /) from unsymmetrical dicyanoanilines by regioselective cyclization in two independent ways. Regioisomers are further utilized in synthesis of novel 4,5-dihydro[1,3]oxazino[5,4-b] indole-6-carbonitriles .
