Abstract :
Ynamides react with various azides in the ruthenium-catalyzed Huisgen [3+2] cycloaddition reaction. This ruthenium-catalyzed azide–ynamide cycloaddition reaction yields 1-protected 5-amido 1,2,3-triazoles.
