Abstract :
The questions of improving the efficiency of antivibration systems of machines are analyzed. A technique for solving the geometrical problem of the optimal synthesis of antivibration systems, which reduces to the optimal spatial arrangement of the antivibration elements and the choice of the relations between their physical characteristics, is proposed. The solution of the geometrical problem of the optimal synthesis of the second stage of the antivibration system of a rail vehicle viewed as a rigid body, is considered.
