Abstract :
We examine manipulators of parallel structure, in which the kinematic chains coupling the base with the end effector have parallel connection of the members and the drives. For these devices we have developed the algorithms for determining the singular positions, the pressure angles, and the kinematic screws that transfer the mechanism to infinitely close singular positions and make it possible to create the singular zones.
