Abstract :
We describe a method for finding the optimal variant of a complex article by representing the optimality criterion and the constraints in the form of the difference of two monotone nondecreasing functions. We study the estimates of the limiting values of the criterion and the constraints that are obtained with the aid of this representation for the subsets of the variants
