Abstract :
Philanthotoxins-12 analogues was synthesized by a highly convergent approach, utilizing an efficient, simple, and convenient one-pot Ugi four-component solvent-free method as key step, followed by removal of the protecting groups in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid.
