Abstract :
We examine the characteristics of a thermosorption drive with a gas/hydraulic converter and a vane motor for the control of pipe valving with a rotary shutoff valve. We show on the basis of numerical modeling of the dynamics of the drive that the proposed drive scheme, which docs not require the supply of compressed air, has mass/size characteristics on the level of the conventional pneumatic drives,
