Abstract :
We obtain the laws of the purely forced oscillations of the body and the cone of a vibratory crusher and analyze the corresponding amplitude/frequency characteristics. We establish the existence of anti-resonance of the body in the case of coincidence of the disturbance frequency with the partial frequency of the cone. It is shown that if the disturbance frequency exceeds a given partial frequency of the cone, the excited oscillations of the body and the cone have the anti-phase nature that is required for tuning the crusher to the vibroimpactive operating regime.
