Rhodium-catalyzed carbometalation of ynamides with organoboron reagents

In the presence of catalytic [Rh(cod)(MeCN)2]BF4, ynamides undergo carbometalation with boronic acids, arylboronic esters, and triarylboroxines. These reactions enable the regio- and stereocontrolled synthesis of multisubstituted enamides.
