Abstract :
The effect of attached elements on the dynamic stability of a panel in a supersonic flow is considered. This classic problem is used for analyzing the effects of stabilization and destabilization of distributed nonconservative systems. The boundary surface of the stability domain of the system under study is shown to have a clearly defined anomalous character in the space of control parameters,
