Abstract :
The problem of choosing the characteristic frequencies of hydromount-vibroisolators used for suspending power units and engines of a wide class of machines is considered. The characteristic frequency functions of a vibroisolator in a singly directed diagram, namely, the principal and transfer dynamic stiffnesses and the absolute and relative transfer function. are defined. The zeros and poles of these functions (resonance and antiresonance frequencies and transfer zeros) are characterized. The characteristic zeros and poles of the functions are considered for three hydromount design diagrams, ignoring the dissipative properties of the system. Two variants of each diagram - an unloaded mount and a mount loaded with a mass simulating the power unit - are presented.
