Abstract :
The problem of estimating the effect of vibration on the parameters of technological crystal growth processes is considered. A new method based on adaptive estimation algorithms is proposed for its solution. The method can be used for measuring the frequencies of microdynamic actions affecting the parameters of fine physicotechnological processes in the presence of microgravitation. A setup simulating microdynamic actions in the process of crystal growth is described. The results of numerical (imitation) simulation are presented. The advantages of using the developed adaptive algorithms for estimating the mutual effect of the spectra of microdynamic actions and the parameters of technological processes are demonstrated.
