  • Abstract
    Conjugate addition of cyanide to chiral (alpha),?-unsaturated oxazolidinones catalyzed by samarium(III) isopropoxide proceeds with good diastereoselectivity. The addition products can be ­converted into the biologically active targets ent-pregabalin and ­ baclofen.
