Abstract :
The dynamic properties of resonance drives with a variable transmission ratio between the driving motor and the actuator are considered. An analytical solution of the problems of analysis and synthesis is discussed. The results of simulation and full-scale experiments are compared. The proposed resonance drive is shown to be both simpler and more efficient than the previously considered resonance drives with a constant transmission ratio.
