Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate relationship between organizational factor and creativity and innovation in expert’s of youth Affair ministry in I.R. iran. This is a descriptive-correlational research. Population in this research is all staff Expert’s of Youth Affair Ministry. A Morgan table of 165 Expert’s was selected. Data gathered using questionnaire of Ghanbari (1998), with a few change. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by professional of sport management. For reliability measured alpha Coronbach Alpha 0.84. Data was analysed using spearman correlation. It was found that there is a significant relationship between eight factor and creativity. The factors include: authority of people, explanation of missions, organizational Solidarity, suggestion system, management support, level of control, reward system, risk taking. The finding don’t support the correlation between level of conflict and creativity.
