PRINCIPLE OF PERFORMANCE QUALITY FORMATION IN SHIP DIESEL MANUFACTURE

A principle of performance quality formation in machine-building is proposed as a component of the general problem of the quality of machinery by analyzing the experience of manufacturing and operating small ship diesels of the ch8.5/ll and ch9.5/ll types. The problem is formulated by constructing a mathematical model which formalizes the initial data, the virtual solution procedure, and the expected results. The proposed principle was checked in modernizing the design and method of production of ship diesels and restoring their operability.
