Abstract :
Manifestation of solar activity variation in the electron temperature (Te) and electron density (Ne) during the solar maxima is studied. Solar activity changes is characterized by the F10.7 index. The Te and Ne response to solar activity changes is characterized by a linear dependence. This dependence, included in an emprical model of Te based on Intercosmos satellites data, is compared with Hinotori (altitude 600km), and ISIS-1 (altitude 2500km) Te data, the best agreement is found at equatorial and low latitudes. The response of electron density to the 27 day solar flux variation is small.
