Abstract
We report to COSPAR the “Lunar Beijing Declaration” from the participants to The Eighth ILEWG International Conference on the Exploration and Utilization of the Moon (ICEUM8, 23–27 July 2006). Further information can be found on ILEWG website and selected 38 proceedings papers have been published in Journal of Astronautics of Chinese Society of Astronautics, vol. 28, Suppl., 2007.
