Abstract
A new semianalytical method for the calculation of the shape function coefficients is developed by combining analytical and numerical techniques. Shape function coefficients are calculated for all cells of cubic symmetry. Finally we use our calculated coefficients to evaluate three-dimensional integrals that we frequently meet in electronic structure calculations. Our results compared with available exact ones are found to be in very good agreement.
