Active centres on vanadia-based catalysts for selective oxidation of hydrocarbons Original Research Article

On the basis of the papers presented in this issue the structure of active centres for different steps of selective oxidation of hydrocarbons on vanadia-based catalysts has been discussed. The physicochemical properties of the vanadia-based catalysts, which control the selectivity to products of oxidative dehydrogenation vs. that to oxygenated products in the oxidation reactions, have also been considered.
