Abstract :
Catalysts are described for the low-temperature (120–220°C) reduction of NO. Conditions are found to increase the ratio of N2 to N2O in the products. Complete conversion of NO to N2 with CO results at 220°C at a GHSV of 300 h−1 with a mixed iron-oxide–copper-oxide catalyst.
