Abstract
Bifunctional PAMAM-based dendrimers that selectively target cancer cells are described in this issue of Chemistry & Biology []. The targeting moiety for folate receptor is complexed to an imaging or therapeutic agent by a DNA “zipper”—a versatile strategy to create libraries of novel drugs.
