The role of Mass media in studentʹʹs sport development at Mazandaran province

The purpose of this research is the role of Mass media in studentʹs sport development at Mazandaran province. Descriptive Survey research and field data collection are used. Questionnaire of the researcher made by Moradi (2011) was used with validity of 0.92. Statistic society was consisting of around 1748 of teachers and trainers of sport in Mazandaran universities. Descriptive statistic includes tables, frequency, and frequency percentage. In Inferential statistics, for investigating the meaningfulness of assumptions, x2 test is used. And freedman test is used for grading fourfold role of sport media in student sport culture. Student sport should be investigated in programs and find approaches for creating more interaction with media to exit from this condition and enhance its medial position. For precise planning, recognizing recent condition of Mass media in studentʹs sport development is necessary.
