The Relationship between Sports, Humanitarianism, Respect, as well as Loyalty among Female Employees of the Education Headquarters of North Khorasan Province

The present article investigates the relationship between sports, humanitarianism, respect, as well as loyalty among female employees at the Education Headquarters of North Khorasan Province.the population intended for this study includes 632 women currently employed at the Education Headquarters of North Khorasan Province. 253 members of this population filled out a questionnaire on population studies, sports cooperation and civil as well as organizational behavior. Inferential statistics using KALMOGRAPH SMIRNOVE CORRELATION was used to assess the hypotheses at .05 level of significance. This is a longitudinal descriptive study with correlational variables administered and the tools used include 3 questionnaires of population, sports participation and organizational citizenship behavior developed by Poudsakef et al. (1990).Overall it can be concluded that there is no relationship between sports participation, humanitarianism, respect, humbleness as well as loyalty among female employees at the Education Headquarters of North Khorasan Province.
