Abstract :
Fuzzy Logic is utilised to investigate isomorphism among kinematic chains and inversions. Necessary and sufficient conditions are specified. Numerical measures to compare the numerous distinct chains with the same number of links and degrees of freedom (d.o.f.) for characteristics like symmetry, parallelism and mobility are proposed.
