Synthesis of a five-bar mechanism with variable topology for motion between extreme positions (SYNFBVTM)

An analytical method of synthesis of a planar five-bar mechanism with variable topology for two finitely separated positions is suggested. The method is useful to reduce the solution space. The proposed method is non-iterative. The motion between two extreme positions of a function generating mechanism is considered.
