Abstract :
Electrosynthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) complexes with ovoalbumin (OV) was carried out at pH 7, 9, and 11 containing CMC and OV in ratios varying from 1:5 to 5:1. Gelatinous CMC–OV complexes formed on anode. They were composed of the CMC–OV nucleus, in which both components were bound with one another with involvement of valence bonds, and excessive component sorbed on this nucleus.
