Abstract :
An analytical model of heat energy consumption during the process of food frying is presented. Modified construction of an apparatus for food frying (meat, vegetables, etc.) has been discussed. Results of heat energy consumption obtained by means of computer simulation and experimental frying of French fries were compared. The results obtained on the basis of the computer simulation and from experimental measurement were in good agreement.
